What do you like most?
If I ever have a problem with navigating our Booking Engine, ARO are there to help with friendly and efficient advice. I'm not particularly digitally savvy so this is very welcome!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would prefer to 'speak' to someone straight away rather than being given a 'ticket' which I find rather impersonal.
