What do you like most?
The elloha Concierge allows me to offer my customers (on my engine, upon their arrival) a large part of the leisure offers around my home! I can provide them with a better service, generate the reservation on their behalf and increase the quality of their experience with me
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The app should be expanded to have access to departures and special requests. Synchronization with the platforms is not complete (e.g. with GDF the number of people per reservation is not mentioned)
