What do you like most?
We were looking for an easy, more effective way than our previous supplier, to ensure connectivity between all booking websites and our own website in other words, a channel manager as well as a "guest management system". Preno is intuitive, configurable and very easy to use with professional streamlining everything from front desk management to bookings. It is also proving very effective at assisting us gain additional bookings and boosting income for our lodge which is an unexpected benefit. It has the ability to streamline guest billing, along with efficient housekeeping management, which will reduce manual tasks and enhance operational efficiency. Basically it feels modern, innovative and accessible. The communication is clear and the team extremely helpful. The move from one system to another was really seamless. The ability to speak with a person in New Zealand who understand us and our business is so extremely valuable. We have found other channel managers do not provide the same real time support and do not integrate such an efficient PMS with the channel management side - we have flexibility to manage our guests with full details which are easy to access (and which link to return bookings) as well as the effective booking system and a marketing system. From a technology perspective is easy to use and clear as are the manuals provided which are kept up to date. As well Preno listens to feedback and develops additional abilities based on feedback - eg setting up different packages. The strong focus is on not just customer service but working with their partner network. From a guest perspective the new direct booking system enables additional packages to be clearly outlined and is much more attractive to use for customers. We have, after just a couple of weeks, received very positive feedback from our guests. We also love the ability to operate from anywhere due to its cloud-based characteristics.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At present we cannot think of any improvements which could be made - we have found everything to be as we anticipated, no frustrations! You can operate the software in minutes and the speed of updating is excellent as well.
