Working with hotel chatbot showed us in simple easy ways that we can greatly benefit from the service for very little money. It has freed up time for our concierge and reservations team while improving customer service.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I can not think of anything. Because every time we find an answer can be tweaked it gets corrected within hours if not minutes.
