What do you like most?
Easy to work with. Customizable and color coded. Learning all the functionalities takes a bit of time, but with practice it becomes easy.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Reporting could use a snapshot (summary) before having to generate a document and then previewing it. When all our systems are on cloud (google chrome) services the security on our network conflicts with how we save, view and share documents.
