What do you like most?
There is always a great quality of listening, problems are always quickly resolved even on weekends: always online via chat. The Channel Manager system works very well once you have mastered it. There are many options and promotions on offer. Very easy to implement websites
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The possibility of offering additional sales of boutique products or promotional proposals in a more visible way: for example, offering a 3-night stay (with promotion) when the customer books 2 nights?
