What do you like most?
The user interface is okay, it looks nice and is userfriendly, thesales team was good and they are presistent in their communication.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We decided to stop using Civitfuns solution for online check-ins for a very simple reason: people just dont use it. We had conversion rates of people who check-in far lower than the advertised rates. We've put the link in all the e-mails we send guests but almost none used them, sometimes we got some online check-ins trough booking but that and others often missed important information. I think it's not per se an issue of Civit fun it's just that people don't like online check-in. The reason for my bad score is the above just not a very useful product but after wanting to cancel I literally had to send 4 e-mails asking the exact same thing: "Cancel my subscription please" 3 people tried to convince me from staying with their company... After some follow-up they did call me and they apologised and change their policy concerning this. Hence I changed the review from 0 to 6. As they showed they do care about feedback and take action on it.
