What do you like most?
We are using Hudini to engage guests to use TV to make IRD orders and service requests to avoid many calls to the telephone operator. We have the flexibility of adding channels or other contents effortlessly with their CMS portal. A well experienced team of technicians are available anytime for the support.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I suggest to add more controls in CMS portal for the customers to handle troubleshooting themselves and reduce support tickets
