What do you like most?
Overall a solid internet solution to meet hotel's needs. Great staff and technical support. Looking for a hard-wired solution for the future. Also looking at options for PMS-Door Lock interface in 2026.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Overall good service and support. Had one instance where the support person (male) was arguing with me about my Wi-Fi system (NOT Debe). Apart from that very helpful.
