What do you like most?
Excellent support when you need help. We do get a large number of bookings through them. Easy to use electronic diary. Easy to connect to other OTA's. Value for money.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More hours for the online chatbot support. It is just because I sometimes work at odd hours so it is a lot to ask.
