What do you like most?
I really value the Luxe team's responses when we need the specialized reports. Their attention to detail is superb. Luxe software is very user friendly and delivers the performance that we need for our team to increase our upsell revenue.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
i would love to see that user can build their own custom reports from the luxe data. That would really help me as a revenue manager to see my team member's productivity.
