What do you like most?
The ticketing system and work orders are a game-changer for staying on top of tasks. I love how it tracks progress in real time, so we don't forget anything. Assigning tasks to team members is quick and easy, and we’re all more organized because of it.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The filtering options could be more advanced to show more specific results. Having more ways to sort through the tasks woud make the searching faster.
