What do you like most?
This is a relatively simple booking system, quite functional and easy to use. I like the features and ability to filter through reservations and view them for example; by date, status or OTA. I think the system has the scope for much more possibilities of improved features and functionality in the future.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The system could have much more functionality, for example automatically pushing through the cancellation fees and information from the OTAs like Booking.com and Hostelworld for example. Also the ability to set defaults for things like nationality, for example when collecting the names of a large group of guests, the system should default to the same nationality of the original booker on a reservation rather than being a blank field, this would save so much pointless clicking.
