What do you like most?
Eliminates manual work by automating as many functions as possible. Cloud-native software facilitates it-infrastructure at the hotel. PMS and POS available in the same environment. Very flexible setup options to different needs of a hotel. High pace in development of the system. Fast, competent and always available support!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
MICE has developed a lot over the last period of time and is continuing to develop. Needs a little bit more functionality to be as perfect as the hotel. Country specific accounting functionality is yet to be perfected.
