What do you like most?
Instant communication, no delay in messages. Ability to customize auto responses to save time. Time tracking to know how long a guest has been waiting.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
2 things that would make it better. Oldest messages showing on top. For operations it's best to be able to take care of guests in order of their messages. When you have 100 people trying to check out through text it would be easier to take care of them in the order they requested. Also, we've asked for this to be fixed, but hasn't been yet. Cancelled reservations guests are still receiving communications, which wastes their and our time and can cause confusion and be a negative experience if they consider coming back in the future.
