What do you like most?
Finally, a PMS made and thought for people running a hotel. This is our fourth year using Mews, and we saved hundreds of hours at the front desk dedicating time to our guests instead of spending it on routine administrative tasks that are now fully digitalized. The booking engine converts very well, and the payment system makes check out very easy and quick. We also like the marketplace, allowing us to select and test integrations very quickly.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
* The mobile version could be a bit more user-friendly, but I guess almost no hoteliers need it daily. * The support could be quicker as when we have issues, they usually are guest-related.
