Their leadership team is responsive, attuned, and incredible helpful. They live out the hospitality values in the customer service they provide to each of our hotels. It's clear that they want you to be successful. MDO has made it easy to look at performance across our portfolio. The daily emails, customizable dashboard, and MAPP intelligence have been very helpful for us when looking at where to prioritize our time and energy.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Log in to the portal and play around with it, as it's agility is a huge benefit. You can fully customize reporting based on your needs, and it will significantly increase your efficiency in making decisions for your hotels.
