Seamless guest communication tool that allows us to send professional proposals, booking confirmations, direct messaging updates, promos and offers. Benjamin is flexible to work with and is quick to address concerns. Highly recommended.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Have option to filter and download message and mailing statistics reports as needed. Under RIMS documentation, add more content on In-house mailing.
