What do you like most?
EZRMS is a easy and flexible system. The support team and the account manager (Harumi) are very fast to solve our problems or answer our questions. There are many trainings to help us to learn the system.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We have to solve the problem with the connection at our hotel in Rio de Janeiro ASAP. We can not use the system for this property because of that. Sometimes we have some delays in sending rates to our PMS.
