What do you like most?
The customer service is really helpful and answers really fast. Most of the time we have a software issue, the problem is solved before the end of the day. The integration manager and customers service representative explain very well and are really helpful.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Having a guide with and overview of the average complexity and time to implement each integration would be helpful for planning purposes.
