Omniboost helped our PMS interface with MailChimp, meaning that our customer profiles along with their segments and internal categories are being exported to MailChimp automatically. Manual work is being reduced tremendously since no data export from the PMS is necessary. The data can then be segmented and tagged within MailChimp as needed.
