What do you like most?
- Ease of use- Quick Interactions with the interface. Color coded interface. Moving reservations at a glance. Visible descriptors as you pass over the Grid. The ability to easily change rates is a asset. Highlighting Holidays on the Grid is beneficial when setting rates. The search bar is essential, as most guest call in without their res # in hand. Do a quick name search. I find the color coded symbols on the grid gives me all the info I need at a glance. Reports, I think they are many and can be useful for many different types of host. Easy to teach others. I have no complaints, I love the system. It is not complicated and offers a lot of flexibility.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The 3rd party symbol tags represent all marketing channels, I would like to see same symbol but different color for Air bnb. I would also like to see their emails reduced or at least the time it takes to get on air bnb. Thank you for all you do. Last but not least I would like to see videos (Help me use this page) on redeeming gift certificates and how to better understand how to use discounts along with the reportings of those actions.

Recently, we have made updates to our calendar which uses individual colors and icons for all your OTA bookings. In addition, you can filter by reservation type.
