What do you like most?
I like the communication with the guest. I however dislike the confusion of the arrival date. It should be sent the evening before so the guest does not get confused.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The details of the reservation for the guest. The confusion about the implications they are already checked in. The guest should be able to understand the purpose of the mobile check in.
