What do you like most?
Dailypoint provides very good service and insight into exactly what our guests are saying about our properties. The weekly reports are very insightful and useful for our team leaders, and for me to have a thorough view of what exactly our guests feel in our properties is key. Based on these results we take strategic business decisions, that´s why we need insights that are accurate and related to a profile to have a clear understanding of our customer market.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
To be frank, I'm very satisfied with the service I receive from dailypoint. Our account manager is very effective and professional to deal with.
