What do you like most?
We love that Newbook is an Australian product and has great understanding of requirements and needs of a rural remote park operating in Australia. Support and training is excellent with responses provided in a timely and respectful manner on all occasions. Set up staff provided excellent suggestions to assist us in growing our business and better utilising the opportunities that come with an online booking platform. Highly recommended for businesses of all sizes - ours is a smaller unpowered park with cabins. We have received nothing but excellent feedback from our customers regarding the Newbook online booking experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
My only improvement area would be at onboarding a clearer 'end' to the set up staff contact and transition to 'Newbook Support' we were contacting our set up agent incorrectly instead of Support after go live. Newbook staff continued to support us but they could have been more direct and advise that the support within the software was our first call from 'X' point. Again, not a criticisim as staff were very polite and assisted us regardless.
