What do you like most?
Working with FLEXIPASS Mobile Key has been fantastic! The customer service and support are extremely helpful. Patrick and the team are really experts in Keyless Entry and access control, the implementation went smoothly with their help. We decided to select a Keyless experience to optimize processes, improve security and engage more with our guests and FLEXIPASS was a smart choice as they were seamlessly compatible with our door locks. The software is very user-friendly FLEXIPASS makes our daily operations so much easier and safer. As some of our sites don' have welcome desks, with FLEXIPASS now our guests can check-in at anytime without any worries, helping us to optimize processes, saving time and money by reducing commute times. Also by eliminating plastic key cards, FLEXIPASS helps us on our daily efforts to Go Green day by day. and improving our customer experience with this innovative contactless solution. And also to mention how convenient it is, having our guests using their smartphone to access their bedroom is less one thing they don't worry about when they leave the room. The odds of forgetting a physical card are bigger than forgetting a phone nowadays. We're using FLEXIPASS since 2018 on all our sites and we couldn't be happier!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Everything works perfectly and it fits us like a glove. We found the perfect solution for our properties with FLEXIPASS.
