- Quicker response time between departments and with our guests. - easy to user for all levels of technical ability. - accountability for property managers and housekeeping. - auto text are improved communication - reports, having the ability to customize, download, share. - customer service team - they want to know our input and make changes for operations. - support team - quick responses and helpful. - love the accessibility from the schedule view
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- Auto populating of tasks - sometimes they reappear once deleted. - easier way to see History. - have a undo button. - Allowing people to see all departments without making edits. - app more dynamic and user friendly. - Elements - allow changes through the app, allow multiple elements to be tagged on a task. - assign default inspector when a issue is input from a task - Allow select date rate from schedule view.
