What do you like most?
I love how easy it is to contact the customer service team and how quickly they reply. They are always extremely helpful and will always explain things. Very friendly and insightful.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Honestly, there is not a thing at the moment that I can say neeed improving. My only suggestion would be for pre avvio calls to receive the data the day before rather than on the day to best get time to look and see what we are reviewing on the call.
