What do you like most?
Suggestions from the newsletter and the service from Smarthost. Setting the recipients and the analysis tool for the newsletters sent. Easy to use the page.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Difficult to say since I'm new to the company. Possibly text suggestions for the suggestion campaigns? Reminder email that an NL should be created.
