What do you like most?
The guest preferences easy understandable. Saving the data from the previous stays. Automated emails prior guest arrival if the last stay was not satisfactory.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Giving the option when the guests are filling out the survey to log in with their social media account to have more personalised stay for teh guests. Live chat option avaliable prior and during the say with the hotel.
