What do you like most?
Clock PMS hotels software is easy for use, it have all the options and functions, which every hotel will need to operate easy, fast and troubleless. We are glad that we have chosen it, as it makes our work process much more efficient. Since we have it wenever had dificulties like bugs and malfunctions, which we have experienced with all other softawares, with which we have worked in the past. The most usefull thing is that it is cloud based software, which you can access from everywhere and the only requirement is to have an internet connection. Also it has some options, which the others can not provide. Its channel manager works perfectly and with it the work of our reservations department was optimized a lot. In general we were sceptic at the beginning, like with every new feature we have implemented, but after we passed all the education and we have set the software according to our needs, we can say that we have made the most accurate choice.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only thing we thing that can be improved is the ease of the connection to the maintenace and support department.
