What do you like most?
First of all, it mimics the average home experience which makes it easy for guests to watch. Secondly, the signal via coax cable is pretty tolerant to weather, compared to satellite signals that are often dropped due to inclement weather.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It's a cable company, so their pricing is high and service is basic, but improving. The cable companies are doing a better job at improving their PR and service, so hopefully they can win back their share.
