- Prompt response to guest reviews. - Prompt response to any request or changes on guest reviews responses. - Great relationship with account manager, always informative and pleasant.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Email uploads reports were not showing actual numbers of emails uploaded. It was showing zero at one point, issued was reported to account manager to address. No further issues on this matter
