What do you like most?
We have being using Seekom's hotel management software for over 8 years now after switching from another system. Seekom can connect to all the OTAs you need and more! With only being a small independent hotel time is important for us and using the automated revenue management and up-selling connections we have seen a further increase in revenue an reduction in time spent trying to manage our rates. The day-to-day running of reception is made easy with the with the Booking Calendar and Arrivals & Departures section. The support is first class and the Seekom team are always happy to help :)
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing comes to mind when thinking of improvements, Seekom are constantly improving the system and connections. We have no complaints not now the support is 24/5 in the UK
