Easy and intuitive user experience, excellent connectivity with other platforms, and a very helpful and responsive support team. The platform is reliable, easy to manage, and makes our daily work much more efficient.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The AI feature could be improved, as its responses are not always accurate or useful enough for specific queries. More contextual and relevant answers would make it a much more valuable tool for daily use.
