What do you like most?
Very, very comprehensive... it offers everything, and Andrea explained everything wonderfully during her training, and Gloria was also great as a salesperson.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sending emails at a specific selected time would be more useful; right now you can only set a time slot, which isn't very useful.
