What do you like most?
Gaurav gave us a great onboarding. Accessability is intuitiv and easy to gain an overview. Particularly great is the short response time of the suport team!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Certain bugs keep on comung back such as language mix. The end user asks a question in English and the chatbot answers in german and vice versa. However, the support team is there to check these cases and follow up on it!
