What do you like most?
After much debate, we finally decided to take the next step and add an online booking engine to our website, and I’m so glad we did! Making a change to something as important as our reservation process can feel a little overwhelming, especially when there are so many details and settings to understand, but Gindy made the entire experience much easier than I expected. From the beginning, Gindy was fantastic at explaining how everything worked and answering all of my questions. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely wants to make sure you understand the system rather than simply rushing through the setup. There is a good amount of information to take in when implementing a new booking engine, but he broke everything down into manageable steps and explained each part in a way that was easy to follow. What I appreciated most was that he consistently checked in to make sure I understood what we were doing and gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions. I never felt like I was asking too many questions or slowing down the process. His patience and willingness to explain things more than once made a huge difference and gave me confidence that we were setting everything up correctly. The entire process has been very straightforward and easy to navigate. The booking engine itself is user-friendly, and I’m impressed with how much easier it will make the reservation process for both our guests and our staff. Having an online system that is simple for guests to use while also giving us the tools and information we need on the back end is incredibly valuable. I’ve also been very impressed with the level of customer service and support throughout the process. Gindy has been responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful whenever we needed clarification or assistance. It’s reassuring to know that we have someone knowledgeable available to help when questions come up. Overall, this has been a very positive experience. I’m extremely happy that we decided to make the upgrade, and I feel confident moving forward with the new system. Gindy’s expertise, patience, and attention to detail made what could have been a complicated process feel simple and manageable. I would absolutely recommend working with Gindy and would encourage anyone considering an online booking engine to take the leap!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There is nothing at this time that i feel needs to be improved. the whole process was straightforward and customer service was excellent
