What do you like most?
We find ThinkReservations system to be easy to use and robust, and it serves nearly all of our needs. In addition, whenever we've had questions, ThinkReservations has been extremely helpful in getting us sorted out.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We get a text message on our phones whenever a guest makes an online reservation, however it is pretty useless. All it tells us is the date of the reservation. The whole UI could use a facelift (it looks like 1990s technology). The email templates and date-blocking functions are antiquated. The reporting engine seems to get confused around how it treats deposits.
