What do you like most?
For daily front desk work, I mainly use Cloudbeds for check-in and checking reservations. I like the Calendar because I can see the booking situation in one view and get a quick idea of what is happening during the day. It feels comfortable to work with.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The split-bed process could be easier when the guest has already paid. Sometimes we need to be careful because the system may make the payment situation look like we need to collect again. A clearer paid status across the split reservation would help.
