What do you like most?
I have been with Eviivo since I started my business in 2012. I am a micro business and I really appreciated the personal support they gave me when starting out. The personal training they gave me in their software was also outstanding. I can still get someone (a human) on the end of the phone in an emergency. Most importantly I find the software very easy to navigate and quite intuitive. This is great as I am a senior person (71 years) and new software can be a challenge. Recent upgrades of the software have been really easy for me to grasp and the help feature is perfect. In addition I appreciate the access to a wide range of booking agencies through the Eviivo software. I think their fees are very reasonable for me as a micro business. I have enjoyed watching Eviivo grow over the years - but they have never lost sight of their customer service .
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We used to have wonderful Awards nights - my business was in fact shortlist one year. I would like to see more! Regarding their product I believe the problems I am facing are not caused by the Eviivo platform but by the booking agents. Agoda for example withhold the guests email address but their messaging service is not reliable, and we are not given the guests phone number. These are problems for me - especial re my safety as I try to speak with my guests before they come to my home as we are a specialist home-stay and I feel more comfortable if I have talked with the guest prior to them arriving. It has also meant that guests who were delayed en route couldnt tell me so here I am at 1am wondering if a guest may arrive or not. As I said - I do not think this is a problem of the Eviivo service but perhaps they could discuss this with their booking agencies. I would be happy to contribute to such a discussion.
