What do you like most?
Since we haven't been working with Smart Host for very long, so far I can only write about the usability of the tool and the support. The usability is very simple and self-explanatory. So it was no problem to create and send the first newsletters. The support is very reliable, prompt and competent. The onboarding team that accompanied us, as well as our account manager now, are very friendly and never annoyed by questions. Thank you very much for that.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More specific tracking (e.g. who books directly via the booking button in the newsletter) as well as searching for specific guest groups. I haven't noticed anything else so far.
