What do you like most?
From the very beginning of my interaction with this amazing company, I have had the impression that they are not just interested in selling you a product but that they genuinely care about their customers. The onboarding, the classes, the personal follow ups and their awesome trainers are there for you to utilize at every stop! I am a Director of Sales for Marriott and believe me when I say, "I know hospitality and training when I experience them" Event Temple exudes and exemplifies both! Last but not least, I must give a very special mention and thank you to ET team members Alexsandra Dann, Sarah Redmond, Val Brook and Kate Parrish for their divine knowledge, patience and guidance throughout my journey with Event Temple that continues to this day.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Honestly, the only thing that I would want to see changed would be to have the product interact with the Marriott property systems and emails to reduce redundancy.
