What do you like most?
Easy to use the platform, instant tech help through the support chat, humans available if required. Video links available to show you how to make changes you need assistance with - would be better with sound available. The overall calendar view is great for our team for a quick visual reference for our team of ins, outs & back to back departures & arrivals.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
When cancelling bookings that are below minimum stay of 3 nights (example BBN-BBA26091421351184) and if booking is cancelled straight away with no payment being taken, it should be removed off the invoices reports list as unpaid and the dollar amount removed. There needs to be a way of removing this and other bookings like it that will not be receiving payment for from the invoices reports to ensure that everything aligns with our own company internal reporting as a zero dollar balance value. We would also benefit from the calendar view, being able to mark on it when room servicing will be performed by housekeeping as a quick view reference for them.
