What do you like most?
Clear tools, mostly transparent graphics and facts, automated software, good interfaces, good newsletter and voucher tool, good CRM dashboard, user-friendliness
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Customer support is highly dependent and varies depending on the person you're dealing with (though it's improved recently with Nora). As a result, our inquiries are often not taken seriously. It would also be nice if the campaigns offered more flexibility and variability. The text and graphics aren't always the most creative. Furthermore, the landing pages are very rigid and not easily adaptable (for example, due to seasonal factors).
