What do you like most?
We had an issue with a refund not going through and Salem Dannawi was incredibly helpful with fixing the problem. He was quick, extremely helpful and very east to communicate with.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing. The fact that Salem Dannawi could just remotely access our computer to fix the problem was great. I didn't have to do much.
