What do you like most?
I have dealt with MK several times. He has been amazing every time. He listens and he follows through always helping me to the end.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
MK is great, and nothing with him. Currently our hotel has just upgraded to VM Cloud and it has been difficult the transition. Certain things didn't work right away.
