What do you like most?
As a small business owner, Sirvoy hit the mark for an affordable PMS that covers all the bases. It keeps me organized, allows us to advertise on multiple channels, and the customer service is fast and very helpful.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I struggle with setting the changing tax and levy rates. I'm not an accountant or professional bookkeeper, so setting up the system and ensuring that it was all done correct was a little stressful. Thankfully the live chat is always there to answer questions.
