- Very quick and easy to adjust rates when needed. - Surge event notifications are very helpful. - The team is always very supportive and responsive whenever issues arise.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Our PMS provides only limited access to our current plan. This is not an issue with RoomPriceGenie; however, it means we are unable to fully experience everything included in our plan. As a result, I don’t have any specific feedback or criticisms at this time.
