What do you like most?
Everyone is great to work with and easy to navigate within the platform. The website is nice, but would be great if I could set my hotel as a default since I only have 1 location. The partnership has been great and flexibility to work around our needs is greatly appreciated! You are always responsive and have addressed any issues immediately. Thanks again for being a great partner.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
If I could get specific emails to an email when reservations are made would be great. Otherwise been great to work with. The reporting... Sometimes I get confused with the in/out wording as well as I have to select my property all the time, instead of having be a default since I only have 1 location that I am running.
